The Bismarck-Mandan Home Builders Association is excited to present the 34th Annual Spring Parade of Homes.

The 2026 Spring Parade will be held Thursday, May 14 - Sunday, May 17. 

 
Location:
Homes are featured throughout Bismarck, Mandan and Lincoln.

Fees/Admission:
Tickets are available at any home on the Parade Route for $10 each and are good for admission to every home for all four days. Children free with adult admission.
